| Epic Training Systems Epic Training Systems came about after years of helping novice riders get their first rides on the bike. It became apparent to us that many new riders were yearning for guidance and knowledge about the sport of cycling. Our mission is to help athletes of all levels become better cyclists; whether they are racing competitively or increasing their fitness. Our clients include: Road Cyclists; Triathletes; Time Trial Specialists and Fitness Clients. What we offer you as a client of Epic Training Systems, is a personalized training program. We believe in quality workouts with plenty of rest interspersed within the plan. Training hard is important but resting adequately is even more important. We will test you, analyze your results, and propose a training plan to help you achieve your goals. Our values are simple, the client and their goals are our singular focus.
